Stop by Saturday June 22 from 1-4 and celebrate.
Have you made your trek up to Cottage Country yet? If not, what are you waiting for?! Yes, the weather hasn’t been what we would have hoped for this Spring but good news, the warmer weather is in the forecast! We had quite a rainy start to the day this morning but it soon cleared out. It was such a peaceful sight when I spotted these geese on a pond after the rainstorm I had to snap a picture.
Come on up to Cottage Country, there will be plenty of events going on this summer to keep you entertained. And with all the activities you can find in the area you may just not want to leave!

How do Canadians feel about purchasing recreational property? View our link to Royal LePages 2013 survey to find out.
You’ll find in the survey it shows interest rates factor the decisions of Canadians in their decision to purchase recreational property.
76 per cent of those surveyed said they are more inclined to buy a property in Canada.
“In contrast to our large urban centres, where home prices shot up in recent years before rapidly cooling in 2013, the recreational property market has remained remarkably stable and resilient,”said Phil Soper, president and chief executive of Royal LePage Real Estate Services.
Be sure to view the chart which shows the typical price range for standard waterfront, land-access properties across Canada in 2013.
