Achieving Top Level sales Awards and recognition in the Parry Sound District, nestled within the breathtaking Georgian Bay Biosphere Reserve, is no small feat. Georgian Bay, adorned with its 30,000 islands, and the expansive Magnetawan river system, define the Parry Sound District, offering an enticing blend of expansive water bodies and intimate inland lakes. Amidst this natural splendor, there exists a perfect opportunity for you.

As year-round residents, we boast the advantage of being your boots on the ground, providing real-time service and an intimate knowledge of the region. While we eagerly embrace the ever-evolving landscape of technology and social media, nothing quite compares to the charm of a good, old-fashioned face-to-face conversation.

Parry Sound is not just a location but my cherished home. With over 19 years of experience, I’ve been assisting clients in finding their dream escapes or homes, but our work extends beyond business. We are a group of fun-loving, outdoorsy enthusiasts who relish activities like snowmobiling, fishing, swimming, paddling, boating, skiing, and skating.

My background in the hospitality industry, spanning over a decade, includes managerial roles where I honed my strong interpersonal and communication skills, which have always been my forte. Others often describe me as approachable, honest, hardworking, and skilled at forging meaningful connections through open and honest communication.

My journey in life is intertwined with my high school sweetheart, and together, we take pride in parenting two energetic and spirited girls. Our move into Granddad’s house years ago has been a continuous project of renovations and upgrades, a testament to my ability to see the potential in any space. I derive immense satisfaction from helping sellers stage their homes. In our family, gatherings often swell to over 20 members during holidays, and there’s always an open door and an extra plate at the table.

For our family, cottage life on Georgian Bay, accessible only by boat, is a cherished way of life. The cottage provides us with endless hours of family bonding and special moments with friends, all while building cherished memories. This is the essence of cottaging, and it brings me great joy to help others embark on their journey to create their own lasting memories.

About Geoff

Geoff Hayes

As a young boy from Waterloo, On, I have fond memories of travelling and fishing throughout northern ontario with my father and grandfather. To be honest, I’m pretty sure that this is when the love of fishing and Ontario’s back-country planted itself like a seed in my heart.

Throughout my entire life, I have done what many people do – spend my holidays and weekends beating the mad rush out of the City to travel to the places where my heart was happiest – where I relaxed and felt free from the corporate life I was living.

I spent much of my professional career in Corporate Canada in Customer Service leadership and I’m grateful for the opportunities that I had but when my wife and I became empty nesters, we knew it was time to make a different choice – to live in the place we yearned to be and to do something fun and different. I know how hard it can be to make radical life changes. I understand the challenges of living in a new community and I know how difficult it can be to choose a new path but it’s the best thing I’ve ever done and I’m not looking back. Whether you’re looking for a vacation home or make a permanent move, I’d be honoured to help you find your dream place.
