Snow Day!

With the winter storm Ontario had this weekend that brought freezing rain, localized flooding, ice buildup and power outages it got me to thinking. How many kids will be hoping for bus cancellations Monday morning? How many little ones are going to be peering out the window in the morning hoping we have another layer of snow? Remember once upon a time when you would wake only to hear on the radio that your bus wasn’t running? That magical snow day! A whole day ahead to do whatever your heart desired. Sigh. It didn’t take long before you found yourself bored in front of the television. With that in mind, I put before you a list of activities in the event you find yourself with just that scenario.
